What Dept and office are you in?
A whisper down the alley that a RIF is coming....phase one of a massive term and it is with such sadness to see a good thing end. The ending of Horizon was the beginning but was the demised of electronic health records in the medical industry from McKesson. Why do they put people in senior leadership positions without the knowledge of the medical industry? The medical industry is different from the AT&T world or a banking world...they may have management skills but have they ever been in a hospital??? A patient or a clinician or even a CMIO....I doubt it! Well just remember when you get caught in the RIF it is a BLESSING in disguise.
Last major layoff May 2015 and now again in January 2016? Wow is anybody left.
True story: Been having old clients call me almost a year after my RIF looking for assistance. Things must really be falling apart.
True and sad
Upper Execs for CIS are cutting costs all over the board, feels like they are trying to sell us off. Morale is at an all time low.
They laid off very good people today to pay their bills in India. Paragon sales will never be what they hope they will be.
I just got laid off this morning. That's the first time it is ever happened to me. I am stunned, but also relieved. I've seen this coming for sometime now. Paragon sales are not what they hoped they would be.
