Demand for hiring is very low. No new projects; current projects have been halted. No overtime approved, hours cut, hourly rates reduced, lot of folks sitting on the bench. Asking people to take their vacation days now. Senior people asked to leave and take a package. One project just put 100 consultants on the bench.
