Thread regarding ACE-Chubb (Chubb Corp.) layoffs

They are really flexible with employees work schedule, which is a good thing. They are always trying to provide employees with an extraordinary work environment. But, on the other hand balance between life and work is good just for lower level positions, but it changes as one moves up the ladder.
