If my understanding is correct if the layoffs don't happen today. They will happen Thursday. Maybe it's all a rumor but I heard Chesapeake has to layoff 40% of the company to withstand this commodity environment were all in right now.

Get Over it - you are clearly out of touch with the new CHK workforce. They little brats have been worked out and what's left is some very hardworking people who could care less about restaurants, parking garages and a gym. and an 8 hour day is only a half day to CHK people. Sorry you were one of the little brats that was let go.
