There are are a bunch of folks that have been dreaming of a farewell severance. Do you think they will layoff those near retirement or save the money and hope they leave of their own accord?

I can't stand the arrogant young punks who can only stare at their phone with social skills of a gecko.
If you over 55, you'll likely get a softer kick in the ass than say a 23-year-old punk that works in the Land Department making 65K who doesn't have a clue what an ORRI is. They treated the old Chesapeckers quite well and hopefully Devon will follow suit.
