Yes, there is a law that the W2s must be SENT by Jaunuary 31st. However, there is very little enforcement of the law available.
Zenith came today!
Just received mine from Zenith today. No word on how to get one from CCi.
I was Riffed in the summer of 2015 from Everest online, after only starting 2 weeks before the 7/1/2015 cuts came. No W-2 received as of yet. Any suggestions?
Still no W-2's from either Zenith or CCi. Isn't a law that emploees must receive their W-2's by January 31?
You do not have to have W-2 forms to file your taxes and get any refunds you think you might have coming to you. If you have not received a W-2 from CCI or Zenity by April 15th, you can use the year end pay stub or the final pay stub you got from either or both companies. Indicate on the stub that you attach to your 1040 that you have not received a W-2 from them, but you are being a good tax payer and filing on time. If you think you will need to pay more taxes, send them a check. This will keep you compliant with the law and minimize any penalties or interest in not paying your taxes by April 15th.
Not receiving a W-2 is not an excuse for missing the filing date of April 15th.
No W-2's from either Zenith or CCi. Inept company, can't even get peoples W-2's out.
I pulled mine off the ADP site too. Nothing from zenith. Left in October
3anj: Get to an anger management class soon. This has a lot to do with this site because a lot of people who worked with this shit last year are concerned with their W2 to file their taxes legally. I guess legally is not in the vocabulary of CCI or Zenith.
What does getting a W2 have to do with this site? Is this just the general bitch and moan site now?
I have not received them by mail yet and the instructions given are bad. The site needs other codes a mere adjunct would not have. Moron is silly, we don't control when they mail out. Wow there are really angry people on this site. Granted the Asst Deans keep people angry because they harp on petty things to cover up their ignorance. But hey, do it for the money until it ends. Smile all the way to the bank.

This may help those that haven't received a CCI W-2. I received an email because I set it up to come to my personal email while I worked for the company.
Your username may be first initial last name in all caps. Example JDOE@CORCOLEDU
This what we used for the campus I was at. The password will need to be reset also. Be prepared for a headache if you do not remember the password.

I received w2s for CCI from the ADP website....but nothing from Zenith!
We will never get the CCI W-2 forms. I am calling IRS on Fegruary 1st if I don't have mine by the end of this week
