Probably common knowledge, but for those not "in the know," Chubb's Warren HQ will be closing within 90 days. Employees will be moved to other offices, especially Whitehouse Station, where Evan Greenbergs new office is being constructed...

We in Whitehouse have been told end of June for Warren to close.
Warren is leased, and there have always been rumors the lease won't be renewed. Makes sense they wouldn't renew it. Some people in Warren have already been told they are moving. Also, Whitehouse Station will be getting smaller cubicles to fit all the transfers.
