Good grief - it is time to find a new cell phone provider - first raising my mo bill from 40 to 60 but now i will have to speak with someone i can't understand or get no one at all. So done with you Sprint/
Please email Trump campaign and express your concern with american Job layoffs and the positions being converted to overseas call centers. This is a trojan horse approach with foreign based large corps. It should be illegal and Mr Trump has spoken about this topic numerous times. You can go online to Trump Campaign and email. We need a guy like him to stand up to huge companies like this that are taking american money from consumers and movng the revenue and jobs. He's cutting all support positions. I got my notice two weeks ago in channel support. God help customers and their billing issues now. And then the poor retail reps that are going to get reamed because now they can't get customer care to help.
I agree, he has no idea how to run Sprint! I lost my job yesterday, Bristol location and we have been there for years due to us being so low cost and high proficient!!!! You don't get rid of the centers that is making you the most money, Thank you for nothing!!!!!!!
