Can't say how I know. But if you are in IT, I suggest you brace yourself for big changes in 2016. Sorry to hurt anyone's feelings, cause honestly they're all nice people, but big changes are probably well warranted. The bloat, the churn, the entitlement, the wastefulness, the inability to get anything done well and quickly, the passing the buck, the overall horrible IT management that I saw there are astonishing - it's like the 1990's in more ways than one. Meeting paralysis and PPT paralysis reign supreme (got a sentence to communicate to someone or a question to ask? Please put it into a 12 page PPT and have a meeting about it with 15 people plus an online meeting and use the proper template for the minutes LOL) and then the little work that eventually does get done is dumped on a few people/groups/outsourced. The long-timers are so engulfed in their insular Chubb mentality that they don't seem to realize that sitting in meetings and talking is... not actually work, and they actually complain about being overworked.
People coming recently from the outside: hope you enjoyed coasting for while at Chubb.
Long-timers: brace yourselves and good luck with re-entry into the real world.
Good luck to everyone!
