Tell me about back stabbing, it's being practiced very effectively by many of our onsite IT team. While there is a large offshore team in India contributing on various initiatives and projects, our onsite counterparts are ensuring we dont get represented in any presentations & meetings they are having with Avago leadership.
Interestingly Bill Miller (CIO) being a redneck and racial is hand in glove in this to make sure offshore IDC is wiped out.
