Just noticed that tcs.com has been advertising a very large number of IT jobs across the spectrum in Charlotte NC since October. To me this means TCS has targeted Charlotte NC and is moving into this area in a very big way and if you currently have a computer related job, you will soon be layed off.
What you should do: You will have to sell your house and move to a new state. But there is no place to hide from the Indians. Where ever you run to, they will eventually take your job over and over until they have taken all the IT jobs in America.
1) Don't cooperate when someone shows up to learn how you do your job. If you don't teach them how to do your job, they can not take your job.
2) They will prepare a how-to do your job book, as soon as that is complete, your job will be moved to india and you will be left unemployed.
3) If you loose your job to TCS, realize this job is gone forever.
4) Immediately file for unemployment as this is the only way to let the US government know the employment situation in the IT industry is actually dire.
