The CEO Vince Volpe is a racist and aweful person. He would sell out his mother for money. I sued Dresser Rand and won a discrimination lawsuit against. I hope Siemens sell them off and fire Vince!

Dresser Suppliers were treated badly and several are suing..
I used to work at dresser-rand...just shy of 2 years...and I called the HR guy out on his hypocritical ways (being an alcoholic) and knowing how much he spent on liquor at a bar...and how I knew for a fact he would still show up to work with liquor in his system...and he sais "I don't like you looking into what I do on my free time" and I say "we'll I don't like that you will change my lively hood with one word, just because I do the same as you"........needless to say it turned out bad, and I called him a "HYPOTHETICAL CUNT"....and I was escorted out of the plant haha
yep you sure right, just look at the management Volpe left behind total reflection of the useless human being he was.
The management is a complete joke at Dresser-Rand, they have people in positions that they shouldn't be.
And if they are an E-Map forget about it, they could be dumb as a rock as still be promoted.
If you or anyone you know has worked at Dresser-Rand it's obvious the more incompetent you are the higher you will go within the company.
Not to mention their practices are less than ethical.
