Yes, drillings backlog has all but evaporated. The question now becomes what happens to the employees in Berwick.
Not really a merger. It's no secret that Berwick Drilling's backlog is dwindling. What stack/riser aftermarket work we have, Patterson will own the Sales Orders, and Berwick will perform the work. Some of the work Thomas Rd had will be diverted to Patterson as well. I'm not sure what OSS's plans are. The new guy in town was brought down to get him back to continental US and off the ex-pat status.
