I have witness Managers with no experience at what they are assigned for. Yet they get a pay hike for every employee they manage. It all started before and when HR made changes to every employee’s job title. This gives them a legal option to discriminate who gets cut off. Due to high wages for the particular job title. At exit they give you a form with all that have been laid off. But only age is shown. So all including managers should be aware that it is all about age, due to your accumulative annual salary increase and they will defiantly cut all who are too expensive to employ and can be replaced with a younger and aggressive back slash engineer, this is survival. Perfect example is R&D Drilling at Bingle and aftermarket at Bingle. Project Managers, bailing out, and asking west park manager to assign him to R&D Valves, Regulators and NEW POD design and not to mention the manager does not know squat about product functionality...

Layoffs are always about getting the older workers OUT and hire the cheap with no experience without any legal problems. Shame on them. I hope it happens to them one day.
