Idling the plant March 31

Many years around I disagree as actually the quality is significantly better than any other local production places or the places in Texas staying open. This was a poorly made decision by a company that is on the brink of bankruptcy and despite a new company seriously lacks upper leadership. How do you close a place that is profitable in an area with the most business but not cut a money losing facility no where near their customers or business? If you own stock sell now for the tax write off as it will eventually be worthless until they are acquired. At least I can go weld somewhere soon but I am sad to see it go as we really became a great plant.
I really doubt this is a temporary shutdown as the quality in many areas and overall performance of the NEW Ohio plant is very poor. Local skilled labor such as code qualified welders is in very poor supply. The next operation in this basin to close surely will be FORUM in PA. Exterrans work makes FORUM quality look good. They are truly clueless as to process design, startup and operation of basic of many systems common throughout the basin.
