It's being reported that BAE Systems is selling off its Intelligence and Security services businesses so BAE buying SpinCo is highly unlikely. Much more likely that someone else (like Loral) is looking to buy both SpinCo as well as BAE services to create a very large IT Services organization.

Loral? You mean Loral Space? That makes no sense. Also, BAE decided not to sell their intel piece.
I think that CACI may still be in the running. Also there were reports that Veritas (a venture capital gang, not the security company) was going to buy the BAE unit but left holding the bag (of cash). Maybe they will still want to buy.
The best parts of ISGS will go to Space and MST. The remaining low-margin-but-good-cash-flow business could fit in well with CACI... or maybe ManTech.
