The admissions folks stay for the big salaries 40-95k
Most choose to stay because the money and benefits are better than most any where else. Since Zenith took over they have reduced the work force by 50% with more RIFs coming. Here's the truth, Zenith Education is not much different than CCi was. Still doing the same predatory recruiting and holding instructors accountable for attrition. They still refuse to suspend students for drugs, theft, attendance violations, disrespect for instructors and staff or any other violations. The DOE giving Zenith bailout money to keep as many schools open as possible.
