Sounds like the board approved decentralization of EF & Bakken. Not sure if it's all of OPS or just D&C but I'll be glad to see them go either way.

Both San Antonio and Kenedy are poor choices. Management is of the poorest quality and backstabbers are everywhere. Little hope of surviving with the leadership in place there. Good luck.
