do total years service have a ceiling for payout?

Sorry grade level 5.
A certain amount of weeks of salary based on grade level, plus 2 weeks salary for each year of service. So if you had 5 years in, you got 5+10 = 15 weeks of salary. PTO is dependent on location and state law...in FTL we got 50% accrued PTO.
