Magellan gave layoff notice to 8 Board Certified Behavior Analysts working as care managers (all women, 5 of color) yesterday. Horrible optics. This place has been a disaster for a while it seems.
Yea you dont want to work here, I hate it, Im praying I get sacked too so I can relocate and start over.
Yep. I also heard it was largest layoff. They have hired so many new executives! We have lost contracts due to poor management at the top and middle. The care managers work very hard while they are bashed along the way. This company is going down fast.
