You can go online and file a complaint with the Department of Labor for your state.....then maybe this won't happen to us again.........

You work for a company who rips off the consumer and taxpayer then you complain when they rip off employees? That's your karma for helping them scam others

We all need to get use to this. This not a bad job for all the minimum effort we all give to this shit. I know some of you will get on this saying that your are busting your ass for the company. Stop it!
Missing payroll twice in such a short period of time because of lack of funds just shows the state that Zenith is in. When a company has problems covering payroll you know they are in financial trouble. Sounds like the deep pockets of ECMC are getting shallower.

Once again they knew this was going to happen. Who the hell waits till the last second to transfer money into their account to meet pay roll - this happened 6 weeks ago - they should have been watching their account- they probably were & knew yesterday they were in trouble. NO I don't believe them. Stuff like this shouldn't happen once - never ever twice!
199817 here again, p.s. they will always pay during classes, its the check after grades are posted, you have to worry about. So keep working, you'll get paid at least until grades are done.
The tell tale statement they put out explains part of it. They had to transfer money to Wells Fargo, so those with accounts there, get paid first (common sense) Those with other banks, will take a day or two, until Monday max. Knowing very well how payroll works and having this happening twice in such a short time, it is suspicious. Its possible that they may of had to tap their loan or line of credit to pay the payroll and they didn't know they would need it until right up the the last minute, so that's why they needed to tap it for this morning. otherwise, why wouldn't they have the money in there a day or two before or have an auto transfer to secure the payroll.
They say they have the money -- then why the hell aren't they paying us TODAY! This bull! But I bet they have their pay check to provide for their family!
