Didn't get paid again today. Can't wait to hear the excuses coming in. Zenith wants to take care of the students but they haven't made one single attempt to do anything for its employees, inclusive of making sure we are paid on time. Geez Zenith, what are you doing to retain your employees? Even migrant field workers get paid and on time, and they can't even do that.

Smith you will get paid Monday. Get used to it. If you have automatic payments come out of your bank account on payday, you will want to change that.
In addition, employees are constantly asked to donate to the students for clothes, food, blankets, coats,toiletries. If you don't, then you are not a team player. If you express concerns, you possess a negative attitude. If you refuse to do something that you are uncomfortable with or ask pressing questions, then you are labeled defiant. Nothing changed after this company was bought.
Nothing new. Zenith employees have been treated like shit for a while now.
OP: We all know that Zenith doesn't care. I hope you figure out that this organization cares only about money. If that is not happening they will let all go.
OP- Your comment assume that Zenith cares enough to want to retain employees. For an organization that is systematically and purposefully driving toward elimination, employees are nothing more than a necessary evil.

We didn't get paid till Monday with some lame excuse. The last one was, they were moving operations.
What happened last time you were not paid, i am a new employee and i didn't get paid either.
