Any word on retention incentives for those who will be needed in transitioning work to Chicago and/or India?

The majority of the seasoned talent has already left - look around. Most knew the problems couldn't be fixed and started over a couple years ago. The kool-aid clouds their message. Don't drink it!

I think everyone agrees that the most talented folks will leave. I have a PM in my group, he was contributing the most and will be leaving

If there are no incentives the result will be obvious. Good people will leave in droves over the next 2 to 3 months.

Great to see that positive thinkers still exist who can think about retention incentive at this stage where people are concerned about the job!!!!! :)
