Any ideas on why they aren't going for the VRP? It was very popular years ago.
Maybe execs will consider it next spring when they realize prices aren't going to rebound as quickly as they think.

He was looking forward to getting a package as so many of the old folks are. I don't understand why they don't provide a voluntary early retirement package. They could save a lot of dollars as the old ones tend be the highest paid. And many of them are sticking around for it - hoping to get one. Seems more humane than letting people go that still want to work.
