25+ billion dollars writeoff over the last 10-15 years and no descision maker got fired for this? Not a surprise with 60% of managers having some sort of Narcissistic personality disorder. For them it is all about serving their interest and buying time to a good retirment packages.......way to go management, keep on milking the cow!

After hearing my ex ramble about Shell 24 7 for years I'm I hoping she got layed off. Now the manager that she was screwing can listen to her BS. Too bad the productive shell employees had to go through this layoff. But the managers are always going to keep their little bed mates around. Go Woodcreek you deserve each other. Out !
