If the fact this webinar started late, kept having technical issues, and didn't seem to have anyone really "leading" it isn't a sign of the times here at Zenith/EUO (i.e. that this clown college is on it's way to be taught out, if not altogether shut down), I don't know what is. Update your resumes, folks!

All right dumb asses....if you have no starts you have no revenue to support the school let alone pay you clowns!
Low starts is a good reason/excuse to continue down the pre -planned path to driving all schools to teach-out and closure. The only difference is that enrollment is plummeting faster than expected, making it necessary to accelerate the plan timeline.

Wait minute, hasn't Hawn always said it isn't about start numbers? He made that perfectly clear to the DOE and the news media. So why are they now talking about start budgets? That was all we ever heard about under CCi was start budgets and attrition budgets. If Zenith is starting to push the budgets it shows how dire the situation truly is.
76% is better than I expected. But 465 is right - and it might be scarier than you think. Hawn announced during the last lay-off that more were coming. One has to assume that he said that with the anticipation of hitting budget on starts - or at least getting close. Missing budget by such a wide margin likely indicates more layoffs/closures/consolidations/teach-outs than initially planned, and sooner that initially planned. Ant the hits keep on coming........
"76% of start budget" = more layoffs coming... damn!
