Agree that the level of vitriol in the Noble posts suggests a level of dysfunction that Deanna Jones only aspires to instill at Marathon. Cool Story Bro, do you work in my group? I have seen so many technical people fired by this "leadership team" for inconvenient truths like, "You will never sell the UK," or "Water flows downhill." At some point, reality will win, but I am tired of waiting for it to clobber our "premier leadership team." I sold all my MRO stock this week and took the package. Wish you all luck with your "stand out achievement cards" and rankings. God bless.

Calling piss poor management and other protected f*** ups out by name? Try that at work and see what happens. If for no other reason this is why an anonymous forum exists.
There are no avenues of fixing root issues through "official" channels. Open your mouth about the pet project or person gone wrong or f***ing up; even in the most constructive way and see how fast you're walked out of the tower. Many excellent technical people have been walked out or left for voicing objective criticism of issues that could be fixed by good leadership.
Given the degree of vitriol in the posts for Noble, the disintegration has occurred at a far deeper level. Must have truly inspiring management...
