HP is super huge – this makes it very hard to meaningfully contribute and have your contribution stand out. OK, so now that you are not recognized – you cannot be compensated appropriately for going that extra mile. On top of everything our rewards get trimmed down more and more every year. Just when you thought the management exhausted all options with cutting rewards they come up with some sneaky "rewards system" which is just a new way to give less to employees. Not to manage bonuses that they have reduced to a trickle over the years along with raises. Also, now they are having this huge layoff initiative, they will probably completely destroy this once great company.

The rewards scheme was always a joke compared to elsewhere. Hey! Instead of a raise or decent bonus for all your hardwork, here's some lame points you store away to save up for a HP mug.
Worst part? The rewards scheme was all dependent on how much your Manager THINKS your working hard. So you can go the extra mile working late or delivering above expectations but if your manager is a jerk then you won't even get your measy reward points.
Oh, you had too much Kool Aid - HP rewards sucked for a decade or so
