I work for CVS Health and I can tell you first hand that all they care about is money. They layoff Americans and hire offshore cheap incompetent labor from TATA Consulting. They get three to four foreigners for each American. And let me tell you that they are treated like slaves. Offshore will never say no or speak up if they see a problem, they are all "yes men" because that is what CVS wants. Upper management is clueless to how things are being run. As long as Larry keeps making 20+ million a year all is good. If anyone ever investigated CVS labor practices they would be ruined. And the guy running the IT side of CVS Health is robbing them blind.
