What is the likelihood of CA layoffs in New York in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

Ha!! Imminent and looming. Source: 12 year survivor killed in battle 2 years ago. Layoffs were once a year for years then stepped up to twice yearly. Just s matter of time before your numbers up. Don't kill yourself working mass hours like I did. I was also surrounded by competent people who did the same. We are all gone. Nobody cares. No time to sort through who to keep who to let go. In fact, I was let go in the middle of managing out what had to be one of the most incapable performers in my Dept. Seemed to be operating at a grade school level. That person survived a couple of years longer than I! You have to laugh at the absurdity.
Is the Pope Catholic? Is Donald Trump's hair wild? Yes, CA lays off folks every year. If you were betting in Vegas, the odds would be in your high favor. It just depends on the year on how many or how less. The company is horrible to work for. They used to churn and burn just sales, now no one is immune - productive or lazy. Get chummy with every direct manager you have. It's basically protect your own kin and politics at CA. If you are protected, you are golden. If not, polish your résumé.
