What is the likelihood of CSX layoffs in Jacksonville in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

The meltdown is continuing. Clerical employees have been given buyouts to get rid of their positions so they can 'scab' them out to outside vendors. At least 50, possible 100 have left. I was one of them.
