When does leadship get laid off? There are so many dip shits in leadership, making costly decision, spending money for stupid projects, and no one will tell the truth. The board needs to be strong and figure out the waste. Most of your VP's, directors, managers and supervisors don't make sane, logical decisions. Why are those ass hats spared? The employees just do what they are told. Employees...please no names, just examples of stupid and costly with little profit.

Leadership/supervisors are in too many meetings and not spending enough time with their peeps.
