Layoffs will be small unless publicly announced.

The 10% from TMA isn't only from headcount for what it's worth. Loss of headcount should be much lower.
Very likely. TMA is getting 10% (140 people). TDC will be reducing as well. But I am sure the leaders will be well taken care, in case you had any concern.
