Layoffs have began in Microsoft IT and phone divisions!
No layoffs for now, unless they hit Nokia again :-)

OK, look - we've had job cuts every year and 2016 will be no different. People will be cut, careers changed - it is inevitable. Just hang in and to the best possible job you can.
