State Street Layoffs 2016

What is the likelihood of State Street layoffs in Boston in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

Exactly. 0-1% pay raise and next year your medical insurance premium goes up more so you will take home less. SS is giving low raises and increasing employee share of insurance premium..

I agree that the current layoff will carry through 2016. They have had annual layoffs every year for the past 10 years or so and I don't expect anything to change. The only difference is that some years the laid off more employees than in prior years. After reading a current article it sounds like over the next few years they will have layoffs of a larger number of employees.

This current lay off will carry through 2016 at least that is what's reported. What's not being reported is the big increase in next years insurance so much that I'll be making less in my paycheck even though I got a "raise" if I don't get a raise in 2916 I'll be back pedaling how's a person to survive this is outrageous now something has to change. The CEO and board are either completely out of touch or completely soulless I'm thinking a combination of the two.
