What is the likelihood of Harsco layoffs in Camp Hill in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

Count on it, further declines in the Steel and oil/gas industries will require another cut in Q1 of 2016. Expect to see something significant in March when the realization of the size of the gap between reality and the ROIC will be too big to talk through with the street on the next earnings calls.
