If you are 0.8 or below and Shell lays you off, will you get the 3 weeks for every year deal? I was under the impression that anything below 0.9 is essentially the company telling you that you need to seek employment elsewhere?

Don't forget to collect your $250. A week unemployment check, which I believe is the max amount. Big pimpin for the holidays
Don't forget to also collect unemployment If you are let go.
In previous rounds IPF did not alter severance payments.
I don't see why they wouldn't? Being laid off is laid off, you get severance.
