Has anyone heard definite information that the US Severance policy is changing in the 2nd quarter fiscal year 2016? If so to what length if any? Managers are saying they don't know but at the same time they are telling employees who are being WFR'd now that it is better for them to go now.

I just heard It changed for the worse on Feb 1, 2016 which is start of second quarter. No longer get 26 weeks if long term employee.
