Claure had a brainiac plan to cut the cubes walls down (like his cube), so Sprint employees could be more social, open, and communicate across walls. Except cutting the cube walls down would create more noise, reduce productivity and oh yeah cost $80,000.000.00 in expense. Let's divide that by how many employees we have to let go to pay for it. OH wait, it seems like the board said NO.....
