Sprint is layoff specialist, they don’t know how to attract or retain their customers, worse higher management. Sprint demotivates their workforce no pay hikes, no promotions, no respect to the hard working employees. Sprint gives more respect to its contractors/vendor employees, no control on them. I have seen vendor resources working at Sprint campus on business/L1 visa without SSN, they don’t pay any taxes or help the economy on top of it they take the jobs of American citizens who really help local economy by paying taxes, buying houses and create several other jobs by spending their hard earned money. Sprint is NOT a good place to work or help the metro area in any means.
