Based on the earnings announcement I doubt there will be a bloodbath (not great but could have been a lot worse) until next quarter once the low prices hit home after the hedges have long expired, etc.

If you survived thus far don't expect anything at the end of the year if you aren't at the management / director level..
Those in the middle and the top will continue as always to get theirs come compensation / review time regardless of stock price, etc.
