Sprint is a great company to work with.I like their politics which is to lower the price compare to competitors but with the amount of debt(sprint is still under the water),they need to weed out their employees n get the best one to cut losses and retain customers. I am so sorry to hear this devastating news and my prayers go out to those still there. As a former employee who through Sprint was able to financially rebuild myself and triumph I will always be Thankful for this company. I worked with Sprint for six years and meet some good people along the way. Not everything was good but nothing ever is. I am pulling for a revamped better Sprint. Someone defeniently needs to get incompetent out of the building. Maybe if the Director found it less important to monitor calls a better restructure plan would have been put in place a long time ago.

Somebody is drinking the Kool-aid. I've been here since the 90s and I'm looking at getting the boot. This management in particular doesn't give a damn about the rank and file employee. Lot cheaper to kick me to the curb now and either move people around, outsource, or hire some amatuer off the street. Marcelo is just the latest in a long line of poor CEO's who have made countless bad decisions that cost the company while they walk away never wanting for anything again the rest of their life.

They do not weed out and keep the best employees - get real here - they get rid of the old timers and keep the newbies who know nothing
