Marcelo and his crew are getting their wish. Long term employees are ready to bolt like rats jumping a sinking ship to get their full severance before the bastards slash it in half February 1st. I totally get needing to cut people and costs when a company is a screwed up as Sprint is. I really do. My biggest issue is leadership not having any skin in the game. Marcelo can drive this company into the ground and he'll walk away with a fat multi-million dollar check and never want for anything the rest of his life. As much as that annoys me, I'm actually alright with those crazy stupid deals. If you can land it, go for it. What I don't like is shitting all over your dedicated long term employees in the process.
