The RF gun thing is sooo easy to fix. Shoot a hole - zero it out. No one ever checks history to see when it was zero'd out. Do this the morning of your SVP visit PROBLEM SOLVED! That's just playing the game and not solving anything, but that's actually what they really want. More importantly the company has a good replenishment program. It's not the reason the company sucks. The company sucks because it's rudderless and visionless. That won't ever change unless the head of the snake gets cut off. .com is not the answer either as Amazon continues to leave everyone else in the dust. Oh and on the RF gun thing. Go back and plus those all back up after the visit :-)

Let me guess... Tim Burnekie?
Yes, as I Wrote This claims, it is ALL about playing "Gotcha!". Digging up dirt on someone to build grounds for terminations is like picking up coins in Mario Bros.
GMs have a few choices - 1. throw their IAs under the bus 2. throw their Ops Mgrs or sups under the bus 3. work extra hours and / or force people to work off the clock to get thing done to make the walk low 4. Either instruct the I.A to cheat or turn a blind eye as they do it. Reducing divisional / regional payroll by firing a high paid GM (s) has become a badge of honor for SVPs/RVPs.
Yes it has come to this. In the lean labor model with stores squeaking with 410 hours a week. GM's are fudging numbers so as not to report to high Out of Stock / Zero balance numbers...... LP catches this without fail on bi yearly audits.... SVP's go in and do a follow up. Give me an RF gun.......... YOUR FIRED for falsifying company documents... They gotcha one way or the other........... The 410 labor model.... Even with a fully seasoned staff of trained associates, we really can't MEET EXPECTATIONS...... In the mean time a lot of really great associates get put through an excruciating and painful removal process.. Even my divorce of 22 years was less stressful than what this company is putting me through now.....
