My Sprint job is not complicated or hard, but I rarely get any new accounts. OK, so they might as well lay me off or let me go - if I am not provided decent new accounts I cannot be successful. Once you go through your base of accounts, it can be hard to go back and sell anything in addition to what they already have. On top of this, all of my accounts were previously worked by several other reps. Not to mention monthly quotas - everyone is stressed, everyone thinks they will be laid off.
