Sprint paid their last 2 CEO'S $40M and $50M respectively as severence for not doing their job. Meanwhile, employees haven't had a raise in 3 years. Management doesn't want the hear what the employees have to say other than march to the orders from above so they don't get tagged for layoff. Layoffs have always been their "go to" move since they've been in business. Maybe it's not the answer or they are laying off the wrong people.
