Understanding the Why portion of the layoff decision making process....I'm at a loss to the WHO and HOW portion of it.The current leadership team fell waaay short of positioning this company into a world class organization.Your only as good as the people that work for you....they have officially breached the NO Good status in my mind...congrats Devon...the band was awesome...replace the conductor and the guys that write the sheet music and you might create something worth listening to.
