To the original poster...what's your point?
So true, the employees that are 'valued' don't have any common sense or hands on experience but are just good at BS. This in turn creates a top down structure of idiots that only know how to blow hot air and have no idea how anything works or what to do. Hence all projects go over budget and over schedule.
