someone at home treating you with contempt, exerting their power and control over you extending into abuse or was that your experience in childhood? Not all NOV managers are this way but for those of you who are, just remember, one day you could be on the other side asking the same question.

What those covert managers don't realize is, they will reap what they have sown or their children will. KARMA IS A BITCH. No escape from that. What we ALL send out will ALWAYS come back.
