I overheard some higher managers saying Nov is trying to clean up and is trying to do that by the year. They said any location that Nov is leasing a building will be shut down. Employees will be let go or transfered. Just like I mentioned in the past about the Tanner road location and the layoffs on the 10/5, and the upcoming layoffs next week. ..it's going to happen.

True, you heard right, but several NOV divisions currently leasing office spaces like City West, Westheimer Rd, etc would be transferred to the new location not too far from Parkwood. The expected building completion is early 2016. Consolidating recent acquisitions is also in the works.
